Work done: User Research, affinity mapping, user interviews, competitive analysis, user journey-mapping, personas, refinement, card sorting, presenting, running workshops, sketching, wireframing and prototyping.
Medical Provider Portal
Freelance client work done for client looking to use DNA sequencing to help diagnose and treat patients. This project focused on developing optimal provider user flows and defining account set up, and data management experiences.
Work done: User journey-mapping, sketching, wire-framing and prototyping.
